Rasha's works explore the intimate notions of the self and society, the internal dialogues and the often-illusive concept. Common to all her work is the deferent angles of lighting that highlight her figures. Taking reference from the human soul, her highly detailed scenes presented by oil paint take surrealism inspiration. Using the familiar images to evoke a momentary recognition in the viewer, the themes in her paintings play with obscure symbolism, with an exploration of fantasy and ideas of dream-space.
